We are happy to offer free UK next-day delivery on all of our stock products (A1, A3, B2 Tubes, etc). We only charge delivery for certain areas, which result in a surcharge; however, you will be fully aware of the cost at the checkout stage.

To be eligible for next day delivery your order will have to be completed by 1pm Monday-Thursday, any order placed after this time will be received the following day.

We aim to deliver any bulk orders placed to the recipient within 4–5 days. Bulk orders will arrive by pallet.

We have a no minimum order limit for our postal tubes, we are happy to except both large and small orders, and we offer free UK delivery on all orders (location dependant).

Yes, as well as offering nationwide delivery across the UK, we also ship our postal tubes worldwide. International delivery charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, including your Order ID.

There you can enter your Order ID (found in your confirmation email) and the billing email address you used at checkout. You’ll be able to view real-time updates and the delivery status of your order. 

We supply tubes to suit a wide range of paper sizes, including A3, A2, A1, A0, B2, B1 and B0. If you need a specific length or diameter, we can also create a custom size for you.

Yes, all of our postal tubes are fully recyclable. They’re made from 100% recycled cardboard and are assembled using water-based, non-toxic glue.

Yes, we can manufacture custom postal tubes to your exact requirements. Diameters range from 34mm to 656mm, with no maximum or minimum length. Just send us your specifications and we’ll be happy to help. 

Yes, our postal tubes are ideal for rolled items such as posters, blueprints, art prints and important documents. They protect contents from bending, folding or creasing.

We can deliver plastic plugs without the cardboard tubes for any-sized postal tube. This is ideal for when plastic plugs are misplaced or lost and for spares. You can buy both our standard plastic plug ends and our anti-roll plastic caps.

Yes, we do! We offer volume-based pricing for bulk orders, and you can discuss special terms for trade accounts or repeat customers.
