DIY Nutcracker Set
Build a giant nutcracker soldier for Christmas, or paint the tubes as any character you like. This kit gives you the cardboard tubes for your nutcracker’s body, arms, and legs, plus assembly instructions. All you need to add is glue, tape, or pins and your own decorations.
Every tube is wound in our own factory in Tilbury, Essex, from 100% recycled fibreboard. Many of our customers tell us they couldn’t find cardboard tubes this size anywhere else, which is exactly why we put these kits together.
Choose your size
- Large: approx 1800mm tall, 310mm diameter. A giant nutcracker that stands as tall as most adults.
- Medium: approx 1200mm tall, 260mm diameter. A striking size for a hallway or porch.
- Small: approx 600mm tall, 160mm diameter. Ideal for a shelf, mantelpiece, or table.
Sizes are approximate once assembled and don’t include the base. Choose a size above to see its price.
Make it your own

Excellent kit and quick delivery. I thought at first the postage was expensive to N.Ireland, but when you see the kit is well worth the money. If you are looking used tubes on the net, you wont find them, especially if you want them the exact size and in a good condition, believe me I tried. Another thing which soften the postal blow was when I opened my kit there was a Free Character Kit inside, so thank you. Now I just have to create my nutcracker.
