If you are unhappy with the postal tubes received from Essex Tube Windings Ltd please contact us for a returns form for each parcel you wish to return. By completing this form you are confirming your agreement to the following terms.

The postal tubes are in their original packaging and are not damaged.

You will return the postal tubes at your own cost to Essex Tube Windings Ltd, Macanie House, Dock Road, Tilbury, Essex, RM18 7PT.

Goods remain in your possession, to which you have a duty of care for until signed for at the above trading address.

Subject to the above terms being met your payment will be refunded on receipt of the goods in a saleable condition less our original delivery charge to you.
