Postal Tube Shop Delivery/Shipping

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Postal Tube Shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders made before 1pm on Monday – Thursday and before 10am on Friday are dispatched on the same day (subject to stock availability). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order are included in the displayed prices. Geographical surcharges may apply and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that we are unable to ship internationally.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and we cannot be held responsible for these.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active the day after dispatch.

 

Damages

In the unlikely event of any damage or loss during transit, please notify Postal Tube Shop as soon as possible. We will only be able to replace or credit items that have been signed for as damaged / lost.

Please take photographs of the items in question and, where possible, save them for inspection by the carrier.

 

Returns Policy

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase. Please note that the return postage will need to be paid by you.

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

Request your Return Authorisation Number by emailing info@postaltubeshop.com with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. 

To assure your refund please use a trackable delivery service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and, subject to condition, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
