No Waste Recycled Postal Tubes

The materials we source for our postal tubes are previously recycled, meaning no new cardboard production is taking place to create our products. During the manufacturing process of our recycled postal tubes we ensure there is no wastage, any excess cardboard is re-pulped and reused in further cardboard products. The tube winding process is completely chemically waste-free, ensuring that as a company, we are minimising our impact on the environment as much as possible.

Reducing Our Plastic Usage

We have recently created a completely plastic-free product, these particular recycled postal tubes use only cardboard in the manufacturing process. Excess material is created and this extra length is folded and pinched together to create a partial seal. Due to the heavy duty and high-quality cardboard used in our products, this partial seal is more than sufficient enough to keep the contents safe and secure, however, we do recommend these plastic-free cardboard tubes are used for lightweight products only.

We can also create bespoke recycled postal tubes to match your company’s branding, either wrapping the tubes in our stock colours or printing your branded colours directly on to the tubes themselves. We also have the ability to print any required text or your company logo.
